You betcha!  Sore today but it is a good deep muscle kind of sore.  You know the sore where you say, hey I do have some muscles in those spots!!

9/9/09: Highest Weight: 506.5 lbs              9/20/10:  Tufts Start Weight: 492.4 lbs

 I'm in week 9 of the Couch to 5k program, and had my first 'official' weights day the other day... Feeling pretty good about it... Only thing that's really sore is my boobs :D

Week 9?

That means er should be seeing a trade report from you soon. Go find a local 5k and register for it. Doing a 5k is the best way to celebrate such an accomplishment.

 There aren't any that I can do until maybe the fall, due to work and vacation...  I'm at about 3.5km in 32mins (that's with 10 mins of warm up/cooldown) so I'm not running at a breakneck pace... Of course, I'm still 270lbs so I'm happy with that... the fact that I can actually run for 28 mins with my BP at about 150-160...

 Tonights weight night! Woo!  lol
