Well my wife got me one of the really cool scales that in addition to weight calculate Body Fat % Hydration and but loads of other stuff I don't understand.

So I get on it this morning and it tells me that my Body Fat % is 21% which I look up and puts me In the Average or Normal group for men.

So I am now an overweight man with a normal Body Fat %.  The irony of things hen you look at the BMI.

I also did really fart while running on the treadmill

Ah, fun with farts.

I can't say why, but yes, I'm so much more musical now than ever before. I've become a wind instrument, and give recitals at the oddest times.... it's driving my kids insane, but I figure it will help them leave the nest that much more readily, you know?

Way to go Paul!  Nice flatuation!

Koko,

Apparently you do not understand that the word "fart" is also an acronym used on the Mens board.  You missed the underlying message.  That is why we appreciate it when you ladies respect our space and not enter here in!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I realized some time ago that it was an acronym, but I couldn't find out what it actually meant. Can you put my curiosity at ease?

I can understand you marverling at your new scale.  My brother bicycles and runs a lot and has various meters to wear while doing so.

While I agree with the message to Koko, I think I know how it happened.  If you have Friends on OH, you can see their posts while you are online and you can respond to them.  I don't think any other Forum cares whether you check to see what Forum your Friend was on.  SO, if your friend is a Man, please look to see if he was posting to the Men's Forum.  If so, please Contact him rather than post your response on the Men's Forum.
