 Congratulations Jeff!

That is among one of the raunchiest FARTS we've had in a while.  What do we call it a MAT?

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I don't think that we ever settled on a name for getting into the 200's.  We call hitting the MAT getting into the 300's.  Hmmmm,  any suggestions out there!!  Anyway, it's GREAT!!!

Today marks the 1/2 way point to my goal and that's awesome!  I am approaching my graduating weight and that is exciting. Can't wait to be talking 200's by fall:) The weather is still a big pile of poo, but had a great day on the lake fishing yesterday thank god fresh fish still taste good, but the morels made my tummy a little uneasy.  Going to a bags tourney this afternoon going to be a lot of fun.  Still feel like the energizer bunny everyday and it feels great.

Have a safe weekend and a good week ahead

Oh man, do I hear you about the energizer bunny.  It is truly remarkable.  Great job on getting half way there.  That is awesome.  I am right there with you and we both should be hitting the 200's around the same time by this fall.  I can't wait either.  Keep up the good work and enjoy your holiday weekend.

Highest Weight: 310 lbs
Surgery Weight: 300 lbs (on 08 Oct 10)
Last Week’s Weight: 192 lbs
Current Weight: 188 lbs

Total Loss: 122 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 112 lbs
Weekly Loss: 4 lbs

Well, I surpassed my personal goal of 190 lbs and am 2 lbs below it at 188 lbs. I’ve now lost the combined equivalent of 2-month old horse, an automobile tire (the one I was carrying around my waist), and a rack of baby back ribs.

I believe Don has told me before that the body “knows" the best weight and will stabilize on its own. But, I’m getting a little concerned because I really don’t want to lose any more weight. At 6’5" I’m looking very thin.

I’ve started eating more “normal" meals and have introduced some carbs (pasta once a week, a slice of bread now and then, and even some deserts on special occasions). Yet the weight keeps coming off.

Should I be worried? Do I need to change my workout to include more weights and less cardio? I’d appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

And on a Memorial Day note, I’m very proud to be the third generation Navy vet in the family (following the tradition of my mother and grandfather). Kudos and much appreciation to others who have served in war and peace.

Also had an awesome visit with an uncle who served with Merrill's Marauders in World War II. He doesn’t often talk about his experience but he shared some details I hadn’t heard before.

High Weight = 310     Surgery Weight = 300   Dr's Goal = 200   My Goal = 190
