Still see my social anxiety worsening which wasn't something I expected.  Just can't handle stupid people anymore.

Dave,

While I can't legally recommend it, though it would be quite pleasurable, I extoll you to PLEASE refrain from knocking the crap out of the stupid people.  If you think they are stupid outside the jail - you don't want to see what is INSIDE the jail!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Today had me at 213 on my home scale which I have learned can be off by up to 7 pounds so I will stick with the 211 number.

Haven't done an official weigh-in in a couple months since I am pretty happy with how things have gone.

Past week had been a struggle with not being able to exercise because of the shoulder. I did run a 5k yesterday and not being able to train this week really showed in my performance, even if I did set a personal record.

Still hoping to get ok for my tri in 2 weeks, and am set to start training for a half Ironman in 2012.

Really proud of the progress everyone is making. Keep up the great work!

Hi guys

I haven't posted the last few weeks but wanted to let you know what an Inspiration you all are to me. I'm in a monster stall at the moment. My wait is about 10-12 lbs above my lowest recorded weight from the year 2000. It makes sense and I knew that there is a time like this but I wasn't prepared. Been traveling for work the last few weeks and my weight spiked up 10 now back down. Pretty sure that is water retention since I don't eat enough to gained weight let alone 10 lbs. Still working the plan logging this week etc.

One medical item though. I have been testing high for iron. I go for additional bloodwork this week.
