And start logging everything you eat, so you can: A) be accountable to yourself, and B) look for "trouble areas" where you might be taking in more calories than you really think you are.
I find that about once every couple of weeks, I need to break out the food scale again, and start weighing / measuring everything I eat, because my "old brain" starts "reducing" portions somehow. (That 5 oz piece of chicken transforms into a 4 oz piece, etc.). This helps my brain stay "calibrated" to the real world...
