And THAT, my friend, is what it's all about...  Doing stuff with our kids and grandkids that a few months ago would have been unthinkable.  Both you and your son look happy and proud - as well you should!  Congratulations to you - we all know how hard you've worked for this!

 Paul - I said it on another Forum or maybe on FB, but you are to be congratulated not only as a now awesome runner, but more importantly, as an truly awesome DAD!
