Yay, finally the scales are moving again. I swear I was in the longest stall known to man, but I did follow my friends advice of adding more protein to my diet, I guess that did the trick.
I did find 30g protein drinks at Costco, and they only have 1 gram of sugar, So i try to drink at least 1 of these a day along with other protein in my daily diet. Life is good!!!

At 191 this week, which is a little down. This surprised me as I have been benched from an ankle tendonitis and have not been able to run since last Monday. I have watched what I've eaten with the decreased exercise.
