Serious question, is there a size gain after losing 200 ponds?

Yeah, the urban legend continutes...  As per Dr. Oz, it only seems like it grows larger.  What really happens is the shaft gets a little skinnier but the fat at the bottom (base) of your thing gets reduced.  It can add up to an inch of distance...but not from your thing!!  It's from the fat at the base of your thing.  1/2 inch per 30-50 pounds lost...There is a limit though.  My 2 cents...
