Any high protein (non shake) recommendations?

Tuna, egg, chicken salads...With some non fat mayo, salt and pepper, and  
Hard to find but well worth it the first few months...Go to their website for locations.
Other things... plain yogurt, cottagecheese, plain peanutbutter (peanuts and salt), a piece of lean turkey or chicken lunchen meat with a piece of string cheese wrapped in a dark green lettece leaf with a little mayo and mustard (chewed well)...Bon appetit
