 Outstanding!  Keep up the great work and yes, keep up on the exercise.  It really does make a difference.  As you lose more, you feel even better after the exercise.  CONGRATS!

Good job, I though I would be that unlucky percentage that doesn't lose weight. So much for that thought.

Mattster, that's great news.  I know what you mean about having lost so much, but still having so much to go...  I started at 411 and am now down to 285 (-126 so far).  But still want to lose another 80 lbs or so to get back to my "military" weight...  Truthfully, my life is so much better now than before WLS that if I didn't lose another pound it would all be worth it.  But seeing how far I've come in 6 months, I just can't imagine what life might be like at 205 again - though I'm sure looking forward to finding out!

Keep up the great work (and workouts).  I'm heading to the gym right now, looking forward to sweating some more!  Thanks for the perspiration inspiration!
