I feel that I can't lose any more weight, my scales aren't moving at all, Ughhhh!. I'm 5 months out tommorow.

Starting Weight                                       318
Surgery Weight- 11/15/10                     287
Curent Weight- 04/14/10                      210.5

The scales aren't moving, maybe i'm losing inches. i'm still doing a lot of walking and watching what I eat, I feel great, but I keep eyeing others who had surgery around the time I had mine, and they are a good bit less than me.  Any ideas?? I've also stepped up my protein shakes.

Dude you are looking bad ass now.  Don't fret the scales and enjoy your life .  The best advice I can come up with is to log your intake and see where you stand calorie wise.  Use something like SparkPeople or LiveStrong and you will get you protain fat and carb breakouts so you can see where things might be going nuts if they do at all.  Remember that your body has it's ideal weight which may or may not be your number and the closer you get to that number the slower it will come off.  Pay attention to the inches and not the number.  The chics will like you for what you look like not what you weigh, unless you are in So Cal or Vegas then they like you for what you have and buy them.

Thanks a lot Paul.  Maybe I need to exercise a little more, i've been watching what I eat and trying not to snack.  But I also may be losing inches as all of my clothes are falling off of me and i'm currently in a 34 Waist Jeans and Large shirt.  Thanks for the encouragent and  I will be looking to the logging of everything that I eat.

Talk with you soon.
