Oh, and I'm still hanging between 192 - 197...a nice little 5 lb flux around 195 which is exactly where I want to be.  Got in another 13.4 Miler yesterday, yea, that's a little over a 1/2 a Marathon and I dropped 10 mins off my total time.   My big 25K race is about a month away and I'm feeling pretty good and ready for it.  Have a great week guys and be healthy!

Went camping this weekend. I'm sure that's what put my weight loss into overdrive. Got back yesterday (11:30am) and when I jumped on the scale I was 198.7. Woke up this morning (5:30am) at 200.7 I was denied onderland. I weigh my self at the same time everyday and since yesterday's weigh in wasn't consistent, I don't count it. Those are my rules for weigh-in usually works to my benefit. Although this time I was denied Onderland.

I'm sure Onderland is around the corner.

Wanted to chime and and say good work this week gents!
My scale has left me a bit pissed off the past couple times, I stepped on it so I am avoiding it for a week.

I guess I will go ahead and post this week as I have been scarce on this thread the past couple months due to the lack of movement on the scale, which I have been pretty much ok with.

The past couple months have had me floating between 214 and 219 depending on the day of the week, weekday vs weekend gym day vs no gym day along with all the other things that will cause a fluctuation.  So this week I feel that I am again making progress in dropping some weight.  This morning saw me at 211 (with out dropping a duece!) after a day of which seemed like I ate everything in sight.

As some may know I have really giving up on the focus in being about some number on a scale but rather the things I can do.  Physically I am in probably the best shape of my life and enjoying it.  Because of my training schedule I can or rather should eat more that I usually do, which I think may have been why the scales again moved.  My mom was in town the past week and we went out to dinner a lot and I ate more than what I typically would, which is probably about what I should have been eating.  I have also taking up adding back more supplements which I know my nut will kill me for doing but on an avg day I am just not able to eat the calories I probably should be.

Congrats to everyone on their progress thus far.
