Insurance Submitted, diet started...
Well after consuming 7 or 8 dozen oysters Saturday night my pre-op diet has started. Im trying to limit myself to AES protein shakes, fruit, veges, salads, and as little carbs as I can stand.
Yesterday I had about 900 cal.
My AES Protein power contains the following:
23g per scoop protein
130 calories
3g carbs
1g sugar
1g fiber
and it doesn't taste half bad.
Forgot my multivitamin and fish oil pills this morning.
I usually drink 2 scoops at a time, 3 times a day and will taper down to 3 scoops a day as I get closer to surgery.
My scale says ERRR right now since I'm over 335. Hopefully in a week or so I'll be able to see my weight. Now my scale just gets pissed at me.
Any advice other than just sucking it up?
