Just keep taking it one day at a time, and putting one foot in front of the other...  That 3 months will pass before you know it, and you'll be joining us here on the loser's bench.  Staying positive now is good practice for the inevitable stalls and weight-loss slow-downs that will happen even post-surgery.  I went two weeks with virtually nothing lost, then finally broke through the 300-lb mark.  It will happen for you...   Just hang in there!

Keep positive and try to imagine that you've already had the surgery.  It is a huge life changing operation so don't ru**** and work towards learning about mindful eating, don't drink with your meals (30 mins before/after), start trying to exercise (even a small walk is something), educate yourself about the vitamins you'll need to take and just enjoy the ride of your life!!  Surgery day will be here before you know it.  Good luck!
