Current Weight: 208 lbs

Total Loss: 102 lbs (from highest weight)

Weekly Loss: 1 lbs

I was traveling for work and actually gained a pound while on the road. But, I’m back now with my regular routine have dropped that extra pound this week.

Ketosis level was negative after returning from travel. It is now at a trace which I think reflects my decreased carb in-take.

Another great week 6/6 on the gym worked out longer and harder, guess I found my new addiction.

Had a couple wow moments-i fit in the booth while out to dinner, the seatbelt fits again in the truck, I wasn't the most obese person at the gym and i'm actually enjoying going to the gym.

Keep up the great work guys we're in a marathon not a sprint.

138 lbs lost

Did my first 5K of the year today, the St Patrick's Day race in Bay City. My time... 31:09. Considering the trouble I've had getting to the gym consistently the past few months, I'll take it. Hopefully I'll be able to do better at my next race in April.

Have a great week!

Seeing the scale move a lil bit. Working very hard to keep the furnace stoked. Really trying to get back to basics. I've lost quite a bit getting close to 100 since surgery. I've been experiencing a lot of stalling at this weight. Really quite disturbing lol. Keeping the faith.
