Hey! Guys.....I did it! I'm 300lbs less!

I weighed in last wed at  280.8  from 580lbs   that was close enough for me!  300lbs lost!  I had a VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) in Sept of 09....it has been approx 18.5 months.  I am a NEW man!  I nave not felt this good since HS! (I'm 44)  For you super-heavyweights out there.....you can DO this!  This was the BEST decision I have EVER made!  My only regret is not doing it sooner!  feel free to Pm me if you have any questions.  You can see pics on my profile...and my buddy "Frisco"  posted on the VSG  and MB about me...he took the pics!  Good luck to you ALL....no matter where you are in this journey!

According to my sources, you've now lost the equivalent of the average football lineman. Or, if you prefer, you've lost the combined weight of 2 bloodhounds and a 2-month old horse. That's an awful lot to get right of.
