To all you guys!

Meat is king!  This is the greatest diet ever!  I can eat lean meat 3 or 4 times a day!  Beef jerky rocks.  80% of our diet should be protein!

I have lost almost 170 lbs!  A whole dude!  I can walk forever without needing to take a break!

You will be able to do it too!

Good luck and have fun!

Kevin

Looking great!!  Looks like someone has outgrown their clothes!!
So do old friends or family walk past you and don't recognize you?  I would have to go up to people and say hello...I looked so different to them.  So is society treating you different??  Is the mental side of WLS harder than the physical??  I and others (just starting out) would love to hear.

Great success!

The transformation is awe-inspiring. Keep up the good work--and go get some clothes that fit!

Phenomenal success.  The pictures are so dramatic.   You are inspiration.  I am a little over 5 weeks out and wonder if I can ever eat again. So hearing your story and seeing your success reminds me to keep my eye on the prize and that we didn't do this to eat all the bad crap we did before.  Thanks.
