This week wasn't so much about pounds as it was inches. Had to buy a new outfit for the first time since surgery and i'm down 10 inches in the waist to the same size as 11 years ago and my shirt size went from 6x to 4x. Joined the gym and made it 5/6 days. WOOT WOOT...off to the gym
Good job everyone and have a great week!

No scale victory this week, but plenty of minor NSVs to keep the motivation up. Yesterday was a great example. Woke up, and jumped on the Nordic Trac for 30 minutes of cardio. Took the car in for service early in the morning, before having breakfast. They offered me donuts and coffee, which I declined, then offered to drive me to IHOP for breakfast, but I decided to walk (a little over a mile each way). It was a glorious day, and I felt so good being outdoors and taking a brisk walk... When I got back, my regular service advisor was there, and he commented that I've lost a lot of weight. Which he attributed to skipping the donuts and walking to IHOP. I just smiled and nodded... After a full day's activity with my wife and daughter, I did another 30 minutes on the Nordic Trac. Went to bed tired, but feeling good. This morning, still no weight change, but that's OK - trusting the program and know this is just a brief stall.

I've been down on myself for going back up two pounds this week, but when updating my stats here I can't help but focus on the fact that I'm down 141 pounds! I'll make the right choices this week.
Have a great week!
