Hey Glen - AWESOME post!!! CONGRATS! You have made fantastic progress and it will continue for you! Enjoy the ride and yes, enjoy that weight lifting work-out! It not only helps with the weight loss, but also is a great stress relief! I know there are many of us who have found our food addiction or obession has been replace by an exercise obession. And that ain't bad!

Great job Glen. Keep it up. I am only one month out and have been doing what you were doing with the scale every day and it hasn't moved for the past three days. Driving me crazy but I know I'm losing. I'm going to not step on the scale until Sunday weigh in. Its not worth the added mental stress. Good Luck on your 5K and keep doing what you are doing the pics look amazing!
