This morning: 227!! Look out Jackee (lame reference, I know)
I was stuck at 233-236 for over 3 weeks, and was getting frustrated at not seeing any movement. My running program has leaned me up (even if the scale didn't move over the last three weeks). I could see definition in my arms that I haven't seen ever! And my legs look much leaner. I kept believing that the losing of pounds would follow as my body adjusted.

As it turns out, it was a horrible eating day for me yesterday that resulted in the scale moving 5 pounds! My wife and I celebrated our 11th anniversary and I enjoyed a little too much sauteed fish, then WAY too much movie theatre popcorn! I felt awful, until I stepped on the scale!

And I know that days like yesterday aren't going to happen often, but the reason I love my sleeve is because they can happen once in a while.

So, in protest, I went for a 3 mile outdoor run this morning! I kept moving the whole time.

I am signed up for a 5K this coming Saturday, and have to get 3 or 4 good outdoor (off the treadmill) runs this week in preparation.

Again, congrats to all those LOSERS out there. Keep up the great work and inspiration.

Tough week at work, making it hard to get to the gym.  Tried to do the Nordic Trac thing on the days I missed the gym, but twice I couldn't even find time for that.  But I'll do better this week - starting tonight.  Nordic Trac, here I come...

0 lbs. gone this week. But I can tell muscles in both arms and legs are more defined. Wearing waist size 36 jeans now and still XL shirts. This is the first week I have not lost weight since surgery, hopefully next week I'll see a weight loss.

Sorry about the loss of your father.  It is a very hard pill to swallow but the quicker it goes down the better off you'll be in time.  I carried a lot of unnecessary crap around for a lot longer than I should have after my father past 17 years ago.  I'd give all I have, and my left nut, for five minutes with the man but it ain't going to happen in this world so I'll keep what I have, and my left nut, and go on about my business.  (man hugs)

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I've missed your posts and wondered where you were. So sorry to hear of your loss. I know how difficult that is.

You still seem to be making great progress and hope that stress doesn't set back your progress.
