2.2 lbs from 1st Milestone Goal

Hope everyone is doing well.

I did my usual Saturday morning weigh in and I'm down to 252.2 lb. I'm hoping to see 249.9 next Saturday.

I promised myself that once I'm 250 or under, I'm going to rent a kayak and see if I can learn to paddle it.  Almost there!!

Congrats on your progress. I think it's great that you're setting short-term milestones and associating them with fitness rewards. Great idea.
