Thanks so much to everyone for your support and encouragement. I still can't wipe the smile off my face.

Traveling this week on business and just took the seat belt extender out of my travel bag. Won't be needing that any more. I will be visiting friends that haven't seen me since I was at my peak weight. Anxious to see their reaction.

On a side note, I just had blood work done and I'm now off all perscription meds except for my thyroid. Blood pressure is 95 / 60. Also haven't used CPAP in a week. Although I'm knocking on the door of 60 years old, I feel more like I'm in my mid-40's. The changes are amazing.

This site and this forum has been a major part of my success.

High Weight = 310     Surgery Weight = 300   Dr's Goal = 200   My Goal = 190

Congrats on reaching the 100 pound mark.. Kinda silly how a number means so much  but It just does.. 100 POUNDS sounds like a whopping amount of weight to loose ... and it is..
I hovered around the 100  pound mark for a couple weeks.. don't know why my body decided to pick that time to have a mini stall, but I too couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I finally hit that number...
