Stepped on the scales today and I'm now down 100 lbs in almost 5 months!! I can't believe I've actually lost that much weight.

Thanks to you guys here for your help and support. I get a lot of strength and great ideas from this site.

Wow...That's incredible!!

You and I started at a similar rate, and you're way ahead of me in your weight loss.  I must need some pointers!

Congratulations Finger!!

Chad, you are doing great and are about a month behind me. I had some real weight slow downs / stalls when I was at your stage and then things kicked in again.

You also had the VSG where I had the RNY and some of the weight difference may be related to the type of surgery. Don't know but it's a guess.

I credit my doctors for their post-op care and diet. I have very detailed instructions on types of food to eat, vitamins to take, hydration, etc. And, I've been trying to follow their instructions to the letter. I haven't had any bread, potatoes, rice, or similar carbs since September. I've also stopped all caffine, coffee, tea, and soda.

I still think you're right on track. See what happens in the next month.

Weigh To Go!   I can just see the century mark on my horizon - in fact, I'm planning on hitting it while playing golf in Myrtle Beach the end of this month.  Pop-Pop
