One of my goal**** today!!!!

Jeff, way to go!  I'm very happy for you, and proud of what you've accomplished.  Your story is amazing, and you've come a long, long way in < 4 months.  Keep up the great work, and you'll be a mere shadow of your former self in no time! 

I'm about a week ahead of you (surgery wise), and yesterday was my 4 month surgiversary.  Haven't had time to get pictures and write up a post yet, but plan to do it soon.  At 302, I'm down 108 from the start of the process.  Can't wait for those next 3 lbs to go so I can say I'm in the 200's...
