I Just Wanta Poop
Sure wish I could get my diet right so I could have a good BM like I once did. Have to take something most of the time to get "moving". Fiber, miralax, etc. Does anyone have any ideas that might help? I eat prunes and such but does not help all the time. So tired of the watery BM, just want a good TB full BM sometime.
I would give up or add food if anyone has any thoughts.

I have found that veggies or beans along with some full fat product usually keeps the party moving for me. A tablespoon of sourcream or something has worked wonders, not to mention it tastes better.

I hear ya, butt I'm on the opposite end of the problem - so to speak - although I do usually have a BM once a day - it is remarkably similiar to the pellets deer and rabbits leave in my yard - only harder - like stones. I've tried stool softeners, Miralax (will try it again) but nothing seems to help. I'm thinking part of the issue is that I sweat so much during exercise and my fluid intake is averaging about 48 oz., that the innards are wringing every last drop of moisture before releasing the remains. I'm now drinking tons of diet green tea, maybe that will help. It's all worth it, butt I do long for those days when I could set my watch.... Good luck. Pop-Pop
Both my surgeon and my nutritionist want me drinking at LEAST 64 oz of water daily. I make sure that I hit that number every day. And on days I exercise, I come close to doubling that amount. By the way, my NUT says that anything containing caffeine does NOT count towards that total. I drink water, diet juice (very low sugar, and usually water it down 50/50), and the occasional (rare) decaf tea.
If the green tea you're drinking contains any caffeine at all, that could be part of the problem. Caffeine causes dehydration, which would exacerbate your problem. I try really hard to avoid caffeine in general.

One thing that I've found helps in 24 hours or less is a couple cups of China Slim Tea. Available on line or at your local Asian market. (Just google China Slim Tea.)
Do NOT use this on a regular basis. And, after you take it, stick around the house or be close to a bathroom. It can have explosive results.
I stay regular if I eat 2 slices of whole grain bread every day. I eat Brownberry Healthnut. If I go a couple of days without, or I eat white breads my BM turns to muddy water again. We all find something different that works for us individually, so try each of our suggestions separately for 4 or 5 days each, maybe one ill work for you.
Good luck, no one likes a slushy in the head.
