A big congrats!

As for what to do, well if mom isn't home and the diaper starts to stink but her down for a nap .  When she wakes up at 3am hungry simply say sorry my moobs don't work and they are starting to go away anyways.

Seriously though as hard as it will be don't forget to keep some focus on you and your goal.  If you don't take care of yourself things can get really nasty and you want to be a healthy daddy right after all that is the main purpose of this surgery.

Also a caution  WLS for men can lead to an increase in family size.  I discovered this at about 5 months post op.  So you will have someone there with you in about 6 more months.

That's wondeful, congratulations man!  Being a father is a great thing, my two sons keep me pretty active but I'm able to keep up with them now for the most part lol
