Last week my beautiful baby girl Sammi was born. Besides not remembering to eat between getting her fed and changed all the time we are all good.

Holy **** what did i do

Congrats!  Best feeling in the world having your newborn in your arms.  Nothing will ever come close to matching it.

Awww!  She's a cutie - a definite "keeper".  Dad (and Mom) must be incredibly (and justifiably) proud.  You did good!  More motivation to stick to your program, right?

Thanks guys. Yeah she was the catalyst for getting healthy so mom wont be the only one taking her to the park and bike rides.

Plus if i can get back in my College football shape, I wont need to be polishing any guns when guys come over, they will just be scared of me with out the gun.

Holy **** what did i do

Usually starts with a hug and a kiss and it goes from there!

Don't clean guns when her suitors come around.  Be sharpening a knife or two and offer him a "calf fry" to chew on while he is waiting on her.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Awesome bud, congrats! :D  Very cute!   Mine turned 13 last month... time flies.

Enjoy every second, and make sure to take lots of pics!

Big Congratulations!!! There's nothing more fulfilling to live better for than that precious gift.

Got three and a half (due July) of my own, and they are the greatest reason to get my weight under control.

Congrats.....I have a 13 and a 14 year old.  Being a dad is the hardest job I have ever had, but wouldn't exchange it for anything.

All the best.  Remember to take care of yourself too!

Congratulations!!  She is beautiful.  I have two girls who are now 6 and 8 and my advice to you is to cherish every moment, go to every game, every practice, every school event, make the most of down time and keep taking as many of those mental pictures as you can.

Its a crazy, wonderful trip, especially now with your WLS so enjoy the ride!!
