Little something different. Been a long time since I've see us do this on the Men's board and as long as you were born with a prostate you can play along. If you normally lurk and you don't want to post detailed numbers you can still join. Add what you've lost to the man in front of you and keep a running total to see how much we have lost as a group.
I've lost 160 pounds.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
506.5: All time high 9/9/9
492.4: Tufts Program Start 9/20/10

425.5: This Week 2/27/11 - 11.5 lbs lost this week (Wow)
I've Lost 81 lbs!
Don's 160 + Mike's 95 + Jeff's 157 + Jim 108 + Me 81 = 601
I've had a good week. Went out on my first restaurant experience. Anxiety got the best of me but the food choices were fine and did well eating. Started exercising this week and am feeling good about that. I've lost 31.5 lbs since my surgery day (20 days ago) so am really happy about that. All in all things are going good!
So Don's 160 + Mike's 95 + Jeff's 157 + Michael's 108 + my 61 = 581
