So I am drawing the line and saying that I am officially under 300. As you guys know this thing is a crazy ride down. My mind is warped with it. It's hard for me to rememebr that I am losing weight. Every day I feel like oh no it's stopped working. It's all in the head. Here are my weight charts for the last ten years and last year. It looks like it's tracking as expected. Sometimes you gotta look at 30000 feet to see the trend.

Isn't it amazing how our heads play tricks with us?  Until you see it graphically, it's not real?? Really?

You're doing fantastic!  Congratulations on breaking through 300 (downward).  How's tha****er feeling? Because I'll be joining you soon.

Keep up the great work.

Great job. I know it hasn't been easy, but you have come a long way. As for needing to look at a bigger picture, not only do I graph using the body tracker on OH, but each morning I record my weight, blood sugar, and total weight loss on an index card so that I can go back and see my daily, weekly, monthly and cumulative totals when I need a push in the right direction. I also have a separate chart of weight loss by week and my average loss for each of the 40 weeks since surgery. I do the chartig religiously every morning first thing. It's become a routine and keeps me accountable as well.

Yes the graphing helps a lot. I can't explain why I feel like I am not making progress. Obviously I am but when I feel that way I look back at the numbers a week or month ago. That helps me snap back. It also helps me battle head hunger as well keeping me accountable.

The ten year chart shows where I was ten years ago and how my weight increased. Then the current loss. Again that helps me to see the slope cause if I couldn't see it I wouldn't believe it.
