Weight starting moving again which is nice. Struggling with eating habits and junky food. Example staying with quality proteins instead of procesed junk, Doing ok with sugar though, keeping my carbs low. I am looking forward to breaking thaT 300 mark. Hardest thing about this experience is keeping perspective. I have lost almost 86 pounds in less than four months, so that is pretty awesome.

Weighed in at 195 this am.
Not bad after a week of vacation in San Diego and a cruise to Cabo.
Did real well on the ship, with all the food on the ship. Pretty much ate/tried what I wanted to. Small portions and I did stay away from the sugar. Got a little "sic" from a Pinapple Paradise...I think they had sugar in the mix. Thankfully they had a nice selection of sugar free desserts. Exercised each day and even got in some great runs in the Sun! It was so nice to be where it was warm!
Back to reality tomorrow! Have a great week all!

I cross trained on a new job site (security guard). It had about 3-5 miles walking and it was night shift. Really took it out of me. I'm working toward 200 pounds (from a regain to about 232). As the years go by, you have to really fight for every pound...Those carbs and junk food can get in the way. Brian
