Greetings from GA this week.  Had to come see the GF for Valentines Day  since she is locked down during tax season and can't get over my way.  Super nice to get fresh Starbucks in bed and not have to go 80 miles round trip to get a cup.

Due to her trying to sell her house "living" literally out of her bedroom.  Not that that is necessarily a bad thing!  Only room with cable TV and does not look like it is out of a home interior design magazine.

Visit Friday with PCP was good.  Labs came back down the middle so happy with that.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Great week, despite the cold and ice.  Got to the gym a lot, used the Nordic Trac when I couldn't go to the gym.  Got both the wife and daughter starting to use the Nordic Trac (neither wants to go to the gym where people might look at them).  Lost 6 more lbs and joined the century club.  Bought new furniture for the living room yesterday, including a truly unique chair that my wife just loves.  Now we just have to wait until they can build & deliver (2-3 weeks).

I'm feeling great, and even my newest pants are starting to get loose!  Gotta run!

Total Loss: 159.8 lb

Crazy week for me. Moved our office and was out of schedule a bit with fluids and meals, but overall managed to hold my own. This week's goal is to get fluids back to normal and to get back on meal timetable to prevent any low sugar episodes.

The weight has slowed down some due to my lack of exercise and eating normal foods now. I'm happy with the weight loss so far, because i know it is coming off and going to stay off.

My ketosis level continues to drop. I didn’t “cheat" this week and am not taking in any carbs (other than what is found in pre-packaged foods).
