I couldn't sleep and have found myself munching on my favorite protein munchies, dry roasted edamame. I really like these because it comes in a resealable ziplock baggy, which is convinient for bringing to school and work or to have as a snack while on the road.

For calorie counters: 1/4 cup serving 130 calories, 14 proten and 2 net carbs (+8 fiber)

Edamanme are good, so are dry roasted soy nuts...mmmmmmm high in fiber and protein (they are a complete protein) and low in Net carbs.

On the dark side..... I also like pork rinds (BBQ flavor) dipped in ranch or french onion dip.
