Day #1 complete.  Not too bad,  Great workout, but not a killer.  I suppose they don't wanna kick your butt day #1 so you do the whole 9 week program.

Good work. You'll be surprise that the kicking of the butt holds off until about week 4. The key to the program is taking the time to ease into it. I sure am glad I started really slowly.
