Hello all, this is Joe again and just thought i'd check in and share my milestone with all of you. I have lost since i began this journey in April a total of 103 pounds woohoo!!! I currently weigh 200 and am loving the new smaller Joe. As someone told me on here before "this is a new year for you to be the man you wanted to be for a long time" and i definately will. I don't even know who that guy was and what he was thinking to let himself turn to food for comfort throughout lifes many many downs, Now i say I am new again and not EVER turning back. This winter has been a challenge for me and i just want to thank everyone who helped me through December. To everyone out there, Please don't give up and follow your dreams!!!

Way to go, Joe!  I remember some of the tough times you went through in December, and a bunch of us had you in our thoughts and prayers.  I'm very happy to hear that you're still on track, and that you've re-focused on the new you for the new year.  Keep up the great work!

Joe you have done an amazing job, and you should be very proud.  I hope one of the reasons you are somewhat scarce on here is that you are off enjoying life.  After all isn't that what this journey is about?

Keep up the good work!

Way to go Joe!! Congrats on joining the century club! To help keep things in perspective, you've lost the equivalent of a small female Olympic gymnast or the total combined weight of 412 quarter pounders with cheese. That's a lot of burgers. Keep it up.

Joe, you amaze me with your progress and postive outlook on things. Big kudos on your fantastic milestone. Can you believe the difference in the way you feel??

I know how difficult it was for you in December and glad things are going better. And, I'm glad all that stress didn't derail your progress. Glad you made it through the tough times and stuck to your program.

Now, when's the next YouTube video coming out? I think we need an update.
