Sooooo close I can almost touch it!
This morning, I got on the scale, and it read 312 lbs. Did a double-take, stepped off to check if it was out of adjustment, or not sitting level on the slate tile. Nope, it's on "0", and it's sitting level. Got back on again. Still says 312 lbs! That's 99 lbs lost since I started this journey. One more and I'm in the century club! And 12 more to go until I break into the 200's (which I havent seen in *$mumble*#$! years)! Hooray!
PS - updated my avatar. The new one is a picture of an airplane very similar to the one I want to build and fly. Major source of motivation for my weight loss. As of this week, I meet the weight limits to actually fly it! Double hooray!

Awesome job, but you still owe us the picture of you in a PINK shirt . I may not be built like an elephant anymore but I still never forget.

Way to go Jim!! Congrats on hitting that 100 club. I'm congratulating early because by the time you read this, Im sure you would have lost that extra pound. As for wearing clothes from when you were back in the 200's, I dont know. If your anything like me, most of those clothes went out of style a decade or more ago, lol. Not that we wouldn't mind seeing you in a seafoam green polyster jumpsuit. :)
None of my "< 300" clothes are still around. To your point, most of them would have been hopelessly out of date (remember the wide ties and big collars?). Plus, I actually enjoy shopping for clothes now, and am finally at the point in life where I can afford to buy things I like.
The one possible exception to the "kept nothing" rule is a black leather sport coat that I kept for sentimental reasons. And, since it's pretty "generic" styling, it should be OK. Hmmm. Wonder if it might fit now? Guess I'd better try!
