173.6:  Last week
172.4:  This week

Our snow has melted!   This part of the country can't handle snow and ice.  I had some ice on the shaded part of my drivway closest to the garage that I was going to remove with a square point shovel.  Pain in the ass but will acknowledge it was a good work out on the shoulders and arms.  May have some more mid-week.

Busy week on tap.  We're a man down at work this week so means more hours for me.  Since I have to take a bite out of some of the "on call" time means I have a company car in the garage.  Okay with me.  Save a few gallons of my gas this week.  Have appointment with PCP Friday morning then my ass is on the road to Georgia for a few days with the GF for Valentine's.

Enjoy the Game today!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

RNY on 11/02/10 with
411 - Starting weight
377 - Surgery (RNY - 11/02/10)
350 - 11/28/10 (1 month post op - 61 lbs)
331 - 01/02/11 (2 month surgiversary - 80 lbs)
319 - 02/02/11 (3 month surgiversary - 92 lbs)
316 - 02/06/11 (95 lbs to date)

Ice-bound in the house for the better part of the week.  Up-side was lots of time with my wife, daughter, and puppies.  Down side was no workouts at the gym.  Had to use the Nordic Trac (good workout aerobically, but I'm missing the weightlifting).

Got out yesterday (finally) and went furniture shopping with the wife, then out to dinner.  Ate at Randy White's Hall of Fame BBQ in Frisco, Tx.  Great place, if you're a BBQ and football fan - even better if Randy White was your "hero" when you were younger.  Had a nice meal, and stuck with the eating plan.

Five more pounds until I will join the century club!  Hooray!

PS - Updated pictures will be up later today, after I get back from church.  (And yes, there will be "pink shirt" pictures included.)

RNY on 11/02/10 with

I've probably been in that place a 1/2 dozen times, and I've seen Randy there eating at least 3 of those times.  Once he sat at the table next to mine, and stopped to chat with me for a minute before going back to his table.  Really nice guy, but still absolutely MASSIVE muscles.  He was in shorts and t-shirt, and looked like he could still play...  Only the gray hair would say otherwise.

Surgery Date - 08/21/06 - 320 lbs.
2 year surgiversary - 08/21/08 - 205 lbs.
4 year surgiversary - 08/21/10 - 263 lbs.
Personal Epiphany - 02/01/11 - 288 lbs.
Current - 02/06/11 - 291.6 lbs.

So I gained 3.6 lbs this week. So what. I feel GREAT! My body is just adjusting to, and refusing, the change, probably. I quit my anti-depressants. I'm on a good string a vitamins (a band optimized multi, zinc, and omega 3 fish oil). I exercise (and sweat) often. I drink my water (not enough, but more than I was). Etc.

Change WILL happen. I'm confident. I would be surprised if I am not back in the 270's by the end of the month (my goal of 265 by 03/18/11 CALI VACATION is going to happen).

Have a great week full of FARTS, my brothers, and God willing, next we walk, I'll be a few thousand richer thanks to Mike Tomlin and his band of Steelers!
