321.0:  Surgery day 4/7/08
184.0:  GOAL!!  1/13/09
173.0:  1 yr Surgiversary 4/7/09 and at 18 months
171.5:  2 yr Surgiversary! (Dr. scales)
173.4:  Last week
173.6:  This week

Not that I'm a fan of either team playing in the Super Bowl next week but I lean more toward the Packers.  No love for the Steelers going back to when they beat up on the Houston Oilers on a regular basis.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

This week: 249.8 lb
Loss this week: 1.6 lb
Total loss: 157.2 lb

A smaller loss that I had hoped this week, however an important pound and a half as I just slide below my first goal of 250. I went into this saying that I would be happy at 250; however now that I see all of the loose skin on my stomach, I feel like I really need to push for another 25-50 lbs after all.

As for the game, having grown up in suburban Pittsburgh and lived in Milwaukee, I must respectfully decline an opinion at the risk of ******g off half the people I know.

Man, you are "Mr. Consistency"...  Sometime, you should share with us your "maintenance" eating plan and how you compensate for high/low exercise periods.  Not that most of us are ready for that (still have more to lose than I've lost), but...

My weight has been bouncing between 207 and 209 all week. This morning it happened to be 207.

I pretty much do a low carb diet. Not so much to loose weight. but I'm a carb addict. Once I start I can't stop. So I try to eliminate the hi carb items so I don't get myself in trouble,

Hi all this is my first time participating in your Sunday morning weigh in. This past week has been strange, I've been struggling to get in all my protein. (Thanks to those who helped me out on that post!). But I've also been the exact same weight the last 3 mornings. I know I can't be stalled less than 2 weeks out, but it does bother me a bit. I'm following my diet as best I can but it is sometimes hard to get everything in. One other thing I've found strange is that since surgery I had neither a hungry or full sensation. I eat only because it is time to eat and keep it under 1/2 cup.

As for next week's game, I really don't care for either team but as a lifelong Bears fan I can only say 1 thing: Go Steelers!
