C25K Check-in
Week two went well.
Monday: 90 sec running, 120 sec walking; 25 minutes total
Tuesday: 90 sec running, 120 sec walking; 29 minutes total (learned that I should have skipped a day)
Friday: 90 sec running, 120 sec walking; 30 minutes total.
Still can't believe I'm running at all!
I alternate between 3.3 mph and 6.6 mph.

Dude awesome work. Be sure to give your body time to recover so you are better off running every other day. Keep up the great work.
