Well this is my 12th week since surgery and i had my check up today with the Nutritionist & Psychologist. Everything is going well, I have lost 135 since i started the program in March & 73 since surgery. They also said my BMI went from a 72 to a 53. I have lost 38% of my weight and they say i have burned over 400,000 calories. I have also gone from a 60+ waist to a 54..from a 5X shirt to a 3X..from a size 14 wide shoe to a 13...I am very happy with everything so far. I am having some trouble with getting in the 1000-1200 calories that they want me to get in but they said to just keep working at it, which i will but when I have no desire to eat food it is tough. I told them today that if it wasnt for some of you guy on this forum that it would have been alot harder to deal with some of the issues that i have had. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH...I now weigh @ 383, I was 380 coming out of high school, how unreal is that. Have a good weekend guys!!!!!

Jeff, that's a great update!  You and I had our surgeries only about a week apart, but your journey started a long time before that.  It's amazing to read about all those changes - it must be that much more amazing to live them!  You're doing incredible work, and your progress is nothing short of astounding.  Seems like every time I'm having an especially rough day, you post something like this that lifts my spirits and keeps my motivation going.  Keep up the great work, and the NSV's will continue to come.  Way to go!

You got all this going on and at the same time your schlong is getting bigger!  The unspoken benefit of WLS for men!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

Careful of the increasing schlong, some how I believe this side effect is directly related to my wife being knocked up.
