Ok, so I'm on week 6 day 2 of the C25K.  And, after getting my ass handed to me playing my singles tennis match, I went to the gym to get my run in.

My shins were crying, but I stuck it out and ran for over a mile.  Twice.  With a 3 minute walk in between.  6.6mph.

Hurt so good.

I went and tried tennis post op...I was pretty good (high school, junior college).  Post op I lost alot of power.  I couldn't pound the ball like before...

That's amazing and where I want to get to.  I've never really been a runner but would like to some day be able to do a 5K.  Keep up the good work!
