C25K Check In

Ok, I started C25K program this week.

Ran at the gym three times this week, so completed all of week one.  On the last day (yesterday), I pushed myself harder than the program: 90 second runs alternated with 60 or 90 second walks (went to 90 seconds toward the end of the workout).

Feel incredible that I can even run at all!!

Thanks to all of you for the support.

Chad

Awesome job dude!  Keep up the great work, just be careful and stick to your plan and don't push to far.

6 months till the Peachtree, you have plenty of time to get there
