Step right up Gents.....Weigh In time
Somehow, this week slipped up on me. I can't believe the weekend is already over!
411 - Starting weight
377 - Surgery (RNY - 11/02/10)
350 - 11/28/10 (1 month post op - 61 lbs)
331 - 01/02/11 (2 month surgiversary - 80 lbs)
321 - 01/23/11
That's 3 lbs this week, for a total of 90 lbs lost. I've lost the equivalent of an Irish Setter wearing an automobile tire! (For some reason, that seems like more than a newborn calf to me.)

426: all time high - 2007
424: pre-surgery consult - 10-1-10
400: sleeve surgery - 11-24-10
354: this week - 9 weeks post op.
70: total weight loss
Diabetes - gone since day of surgery
Sleep apnea - gone since day of surgery
BP- almost normal
Envy anyone who can "pinch a loaf;" I'm somewhere between deer and rabbit.
Walk 2 miles daily with vigor; do some free weights. I'm 65 and anxious for golf/gardening seasons to get here.
