Half way there.....maybe!

After a very typical 2 week stall, during which time I lost a whopping 2 lbs, this week got me back on the losig track.  Didn't do anything different, just my body finally agreeing that it was time to lose again.  Lost 10lbs this week - yes, I am still in the honeymoon phase - gladly!  That bring my total loss up to 64.9lbs (including pre-op weight loss, every pound counts).

Assuming I keep my goal weight at 220, I am half way to my goal!

I keep going back and forth on my goal being 200 or 220.  I originally published 220 just because it seemed so much more attainable....now 200 actually appears to be in sight - so I may revise it.

I am feeling good (still plagued by some diarhea isues, but we are working on that), working out approximately 5 days a week, blood pressure is down (still on meds), and wearing clothes I have not touched in years.

Thaks for all of the support!

Aren't those "mini-stalls" annoying?  I'd really like it if my body would just cooperate and lose the same amount each day/week.  It would satisfy my "engineering mind" so much better.  On the other hand, the unadulterated joy when you finally see the needle move, and it "pegs out" is just amazing.  So maybe God knows what he's doing after all, right?  LOL

You're doing a great job, and I really like the way you've kept a positive attitude about the mini-stall.  Trust me, you'll see them again before it's all over, so it's best to know they're coming, and keep your mind right about them...  Keep up the good work!

The stalls suck...but stay the course. You will see the finish line when you get there...remember we didn't get "this way" in one month, or one year, or...

I pullin' for ya!

You're doing great!!

I'm learning to enjoy my stalls because the week I don't lose pounds I seem to lose inches. I get just as happy seeing the inches fall off.

I reached a major milestone this week with my inches. I've now lost 10 inches off my waist and just bought a pair of 38" slacks. My goal is to get to 36" but I couldn't wait to buy until I reached that goal. I had no slacks that could be taken in or "adjusted" for my current weight.

Keep up your good work and be sure to keep track of your inches as well as your weight.
