Sunday Weigh In
High: 407lb
Surgery: 5-17-10
Last Week: 256.0
This week: 255.2
Loss this week: .8 lb
Total loss: 151.8 lb
Slow week on the scale, and a really crummy angry pouch week. Had several days where the stomach / digestion was really uncomfortable. I guess I need to work harder to keep my diet on track and easier to digest. And, a day like today with stomach cramps all day, should be a motivator to do so.

411 - Starting weight
377 - Surgery (RNY - 11/02/10)
363 - 11/14/10 (2 weeks post op)
350 - 11/28/10 (1 month post op)
338 - 12/12/10 (6 weeks post op)
336 - 12/26/10 (8 weeks post op)
331 - 01/02/10 (2 month surgiversary)
324 - 01/16/10
Lots of work at the gym, and I'm pretty sure I'm trading fat for muscle, cause it "feels" like a lot more weight loss than the scale shows...
And I'm perfectly OK with that - "It's a marathon, not a sprint." (repeat until goal is met...)
