Help! Protein Alternatives???

I have been using Premier Nutrition protein shakes that I get at Costco.  They come in a case of 18 ea 11oz shake in chocolate and vanilla. They are $23.00 a case and I think that they are delicious.  They also make protein bars which like the shakes are 30g of protein however Costco does not carry the bars so I have to go to SAm's Club for those you can call Premier at 1-888-836-8977 if you don't have a Costco near you.  I have a shake in the morning with my "meds" a bar late morning and a shake at 3pm that way I get 90g a day.  I am 80 days post op RNY and am struggling with the "food" thing.  Having a difficult time finding helthy foods to eat that agree with me.  I love this protein and hope it works for you. One thing the shakes need to be kept in the frige they taste much better very cold.  Good Luck.
