I went directly to their web site this morning www.davincigourmet.com to see if they have any special recipes using their sugar free and fat free SF / FF syrups.  You can sign up for a free monthly newsletter and they usually have discount coupons for 4 of their flavors.  I didn't look to see if the coupons are good anyplace the syrups are sold or if they are only good for purchases from their online store.  They show 750ml bottles for $7.99 but my wife get about 6 flavors fromSam's Club for $4.99/ bottle.  I read on one of the other boards that some supermarkets or big box stores sell them as low as $3.99 per bottle.  Regardless of where you buy them, make sure that you are getting SF / FF flavors since they also make all of the same flavors with sugar.

I looked at their recipes and they seem to be endless.  You simply choose on of the currently offered SF / FF syrups and left click on its link.  I appears at the top of a recipe box and, when you hit GO, you get a choice of 5-7 recipes using that flavor.  Many of the flavors use combinations of the flavors.  You can start slowly and add different flavors to your collection as you want them.  I have tried many of them and only found 2 that I didn't like.  They may have tasted like the "real" thing but I didn't like it.  at the very worse, you can always use flavors you don't like to sweeten coffee.

I love having some of the fruit flavors in the off seasons.  For example, I really like having SF/FF blueberry syrup in Jan or Feb;  I get all psyched up for getting fresh ones in June and July.  I always use some of the flavors that are compatable with coffee such as hazle nut, caramel, or kahlua (all SF/FF).

Thanks for the tip.  I've been wanting to try some of their flavors, but wasn't really sure how to use them - what quantity, etc.  This will be very helpful.

Google Bariatric Foodie .  Some RNYs from OH have started--quite a while ago- a source for recipes or RNY meals.  They use DaVinciGourmet SF/FF syrups but they have many many more recipes.  Most have colored photos and easy to follow directions.  This is free.  You can also get their free newsletter.  The latter may be a bit much only because you get daily remiinders of recipes.  However, if you don't go for the newsletter, you can still get most of the recipes and info from the archived info.  Bob
