Glad to see the stall break this week with a nice loss. And, learned yesterday that the pouch doesn't like a bowl of rice chex with milk for lunch.

I’ve now lost the equivalent of a gold brick (there goes my retirement fund) and a guinea pig.
Yesterday was my 3-month surgiversary. While this loss has slowed down, it’s still steady. RNY was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. A real turning point.

Random Thoughts:
- I discovered that my old scale was broken. I figured it out when it said that I gained 3 pounds yesterday. The day before I hardly ate as I was extremely busy. Bought a new scale. It turns out that I'm 4 pounds lighter than I thought I was.
- Feel like crap today. Woke up with Diarrhea and feel extremely sluggish this morning. I did introduce a new item into my diet yesterday morning that I haven't had in about a year. Salmon cakes. I think I may be dehydrated as well. To be honest I didn't make my water quota as I had a large milk based protein shake. My nut said there's no substitution for water. I feel like a newbie...It's difficult to get my water and protein down. It took me 20 minutes to eat a yogurt. I'm not in pain or anything it's just that my body is telling me to take it slow. Going to make sure that I get all my liquids today. Going to throw some Gatorade in as well. Going to try to get the protein in as well, although that's going to be an uphil battle.
