Mike,
Thanks for your kind words on the pictures. I couldn't believe the difference in less than 3 months.
Now, the process for getting things to work on this site are a little difficult. Here's what I did:
1. Downsize Your Pictures: Both of my pictures were about 3 megabytes each. So I used Infranview to copy them and make them smaller.
2. Select Only 2 Pictures in Picasion: I tried using more pictures but that made the file size too large for this site.
3. Change "Size" in Picasion: I tried all the different options but the only one that would make the file size correct was "Userpic - 100px wide".
4. Change "Speed" in Picasion: I used "slow" because I didn't want the picture changing too fast.
5. Select "Create Animation".
6. Save to Your Hard Drive: I wasn't successful in pasteing links for my avatar. Near the bottom of the Picasion screen is an option to save it to your computer.
7. Verify File Size: This site won't take avatars larger than 20 kb (which is fairly small).
8. Upload to This Site.
Good luck.
