Highest Weight: 310 lbs
Surgery Weight: 300 lbs (on 08 Oct 10)
Last Week’s Weight: 240 lbs
Current Weight: 235 lbs
Total Loss: 75 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 65 lbs
Ketosis Level: 40 (moderate)
I’ve now lost the equivalent of an Irish Setter dog and a Chihuahua (sure don’t miss the Chihuahua).
I’ve now “graduated" into a smaller pair of pants. So far, I've lost a total of 8 inches off my waist.
411 - Starting weight
377 - Surgery (RNY - 11/02/10)
363 - 11/14/10 (2 weeks post op)
350 - 11/28/10 (1 month post op)
338 - 12/12/10 (6 weeks post op)
336 - 12/26/10 (8 weeks post op)
331 - 01/02/10 (2 month surgiversary)
I've now lost 80 lbs (equivalent to two 40-lb bags of salt).
Just got back from my first visit to the gym. Did 35 minutes on the treadmill (keeping heart rate between 70-80% of max), then used the "lazy river" to walk/swim for 30 minutes, and spent another 30 minutes alternating between treading water and relaxing in the hot tub. Man, am I tired...

Well, I applaud all of you!
The best i can report is that I lost 28 lbs between the week before Thanksgiving and today. Who ever heard of losing weight during the holidays??? Don't answer that because we all know it is the WLS staff that know everything :-)
Continued success to all. I'll be smaller soon enough!
