You and I have similar numbers and I am not metabolically challenged as another posted stated. Just because we weigh more than the average bear doesn't infer we have "special problems." Keep up the good work and I'll be right here with you.

Some of us do. That's why there are guys who can be bypassed and then bypassed a second time (distal revision), and still not lose weight. There are people with metabolic issues that requires a more drastic surgery to lose weight. I was over 400 myself.

I totally agree with this.  The scale is a terrible source of frustration.  I think I will stop weighing unless I am at the doctors, and also delete my ticker - just focus on doing the right thing, every day.

Also, I just want to say you aren't doing anything wrong, IMO.  You are doing everything right and are probably dealing with a metabolic syndrome that many of us have (including me).

You're going through something that's pretty common with the VSG. Not sure if it applies to other surguries. On the VSG board we call it the three week stall. I'll post a link that some of the veterans on the VSG board posted about Frequently Asked Questions. This is at the top of the list. There maybe some other questions that maybe helpful.

I hit a stall at 3 weeks that lasted for two weeks. I also hit a stall at 5 months that lasted for 5 weeks. Unfortunately you have to ride it out.
